- Free-tool inputs — details you type into the rent receipt, agreement, calculator, and reminder tools. These are used to produce your result in your browser.

Analytics & cookies

Our AI agents operate on WhatsApp, which is provided by Meta. Your messages with our agents are processed to deliver the Services and are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

We share data with service providers who help us run the Services — for example hosting and infrastructure (such as Vercel), analytics (Google), and messaging (WhatsApp/Meta). We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information where required by law.
Public listings & contact privacy
Public rental pages show limited listing details (rent, type, area, approximate location) only. Landlord phone numbers, exact addresses, and exact coordinates are not exposed publicly; landlord contact is shared only in a private tenant WhatsApp chat after registration and validation.
Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
