Every property you add to RentStalk gets its own public page — with its own link, its own map pin and its own place on Google. Share that one link instead of retyping the same details into twenty WhatsApp chats.
You do not build these. You add a property on WhatsApp and the pages appear, named after the property and the locality you entered.
A page for each property
The property's name as the heading, its locality on a real map, rent, type and furnishing, and a button that puts an interested tenant straight into WhatsApp with you. This is the link you put on a To-Let poster.
/property/{city}/{property-name}-{code}
One page for your whole portfolio
Everything you own in one place, with a count of what is vacant and what is occupied, every property pinned on a single map, and filters so someone can jump straight to the free ones. Built to stay readable whether you have three properties or eighty.
The property's name and locality become the link itself, followed by a short code. You never type these out — they are made for you, and they never change.
What a visitor actually sees
No template filler — only what you entered, presented properly.
The property's name, largeNot 'Flat for rent'. The name you gave it, treated as the title of the page.
A real map, not a written addressThe pin you dropped when adding the property. A tenant can see the locality without you publishing your door number.
Rent, type and furnishingStated plainly, so nobody has to message you to ask the basics.
A share button that works everywhereWhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or just copy the link. On a phone it opens the normal share sheet you already use.
A link to your other propertiesSomeone who likes one property can see the rest of your portfolio in one tap — a tenant you would otherwise have lost.
Where to actually put this link
Most landlords get the page and then do nothing with it. The link only works if it is somewhere people look. These all take under a minute.
Your WhatsApp statusPost the link with one photo. Everyone in your contacts sees it, and anyone interested taps straight through — no forwarding, no explaining.
A QR code on the building boardGenerate a free QR for the link and print it on your To-Let board. Someone walking past scans it and sees rent, photos and the map without calling you.
Facebook and local groupsPost the link instead of your phone number. You get the same enquiries without your number being scraped by every broker in the group.
Send brokers the portfolio linkOne link shows every property you have, updated automatically. No more sending a fresh list each time something falls vacant.
Your Instagram bio or business cardIf you rent out regularly, this is your storefront. It stays live and current with no upkeep.
Let Google find itThe page is open to search engines, so someone looking up your building or locality by name can land on it directly.
Nothing here needs design skills, a website, or money. It is one link, everywhere you already are.
Your number is never printed on the page
This is the part that separates a RentStalk page from posting on a marketplace. Your phone number is not written into the page's code, so the bots that scrape listings for numbers find nothing.
A visitor has to tap to reveal your contact — and every reveal is logged.
Tenants searching public rental pages reach you through the verified WhatsApp flow, after registering.
You keep the enquiries. You do not keep the spam calls.
The page stays yours, even when the property is full
Your page does not disappear the day a tenant moves in. It stays live and findable, showing the property as occupied, so the link on your poster, your card and your WhatsApp status keeps working — and the page keeps the search history it has built up. When the property is free again, it simply says so.
How to get yours
Message the landlord agentOn WhatsApp. Nothing to install and no account form to fill in.
Add the propertyName, locality and a map pin. The agent asks for these in plain language — type in Hindi if you prefer.
Share the linkThe page exists as soon as the property does. Mark it vacant when you want tenants to find it.
What this is not
So there is no surprise later:
It is not a custom website — the address is a rentstalk.com link, not your own domain.
You cannot upload a logo or choose the layout. The design is the same for every landlord.
The link is generated from the property's name and a short code; you do not pick it.
Appearing on Google is not guaranteed for any page — search engines decide that.
Common questions
01Can I make a webpage for my rental property for free?
Yes. Every property added to RentStalk gets its own public page automatically, at no cost and with nothing to install. The page carries the property's name, its locality on a map, the rent, type and furnishing, and a share button. You create it by messaging the RentStalk landlord agent on WhatsApp and adding the property — there is no website builder to learn and no design work involved.
02How can a landlord advertise a property without a broker?
Share the property's own page link. Put it on your WhatsApp status, print a QR code of it on your To-Let board, post it in local Facebook groups instead of your phone number, and send brokers your portfolio link so they see every property at once. Because the page shows rent, type, furnishing and the map, most people decide before contacting you, so you field fewer pointless calls.
03Will my phone number be public if I list my property on RentStalk?
No. Your number is never written into the page, so scrapers that harvest phone numbers from rental listings find nothing. A visitor has to tap to reveal it, and each reveal is recorded. Tenants who find you through RentStalk's public rental pages reach you through a verified WhatsApp flow after registering.
04What happens to my property page when the property is occupied?
It stays live. The page continues to show the property, its locality and details, and states that it is currently occupied rather than disappearing. This means the link on your poster or WhatsApp status keeps working, and the page keeps whatever search visibility it has built up. When the property becomes vacant again the page shows it as available.
05Can I show all my rental properties on one page?
Yes. Every landlord gets a portfolio page listing every property they own, with counts of vacant and occupied units, all properties pinned on one map, and a filter to show only the vacant ones. It is designed to stay usable from three properties up to eighty or more. You share a single link instead of sending a fresh list each time something falls vacant.
06Do I need a website or an app to use this?
No. Everything runs through WhatsApp, which you already have. There is no app to install for you or your tenants, no website to build and no hosting to pay for. A web app is available if you prefer a larger screen, but it is optional.
07Is the property page shown on Google?
The pages are open to search engines and are submitted in RentStalk's sitemap, so they can appear in search results — including for people looking up a building or locality by name. No site can guarantee a Google ranking; search engines decide what to show. What RentStalk controls is that the page is properly structured, fast and always available.
Start with one property
Add a single property and see what the page looks like before moving anything else across. It takes a couple of minutes on WhatsApp.
